"Delivery was fine, but tracking was lacking"
I ordered a pair of shoes from WSS and they did show up, but the delivery experience was just okay. The tracking literally barely updated, so I wasn’t really sure where my package was, and it ended up arriving 2 days later than expected. It wasn’t a huge deal, but I do wish the delivery info had been clearer. I’d probably order again, just not if I needed something quickly...

They do have some decent deals here and there, but once shipping and taxes were added, I kind of regretted not checking a few other sites first. I checked shopwss.com before heading over, I think it was last Tuesday or maybe Wednesday, and it actually showed what my nearby store had in stock. I needed my size in work shoes, so that saved me from making a trip for nothing.
I picked them up the same day, and everything matched what the site said. Easy overall, no weird surprises, which I definitely appreciate when I’m just trying to get in and out.

"Great sale prices, honestly"
I ended up getting my shoes for way less than I was seeing on other sites. The discount was simple to apply, and shipping went fine too. they almost owe me an apology for all the money I almost wasted somewhere else. I’ll definitely check back next time.

I was happy to find Nike, Adidas, and Vans all in one place. It made shopping way easier, and I actually found my size without any hassle, which doesn’t always happen. Definitely worth checking out if you’re looking for those brands

"Exchange was super easy"
I had to swap my shoes for a bigger size, and it was way easier than I expected. The staff helped me right away and didn’t make it feel like I was causing an issue or anything. I got the right pair quickly and was out the door. If this is how they handle exchanges, I’d feel good shopping here again.

"Packed exactly how I like it"
I’m a little picky about packaging, especially with shoes, but this order showed up in a solid box and everything was wrapped really nicely. The shoes looked perfect with no dents, scuffs, or damage at all. i was happy with how carefully they packed it.

"Inventory was actually right"
I ordered a pair of shoes from shopwss.com after trying a few other sites that claimed my size was in stock, only to cancel on me later. Annoying, right? WSS showed my size available, and for once, it actually was. No surprise “sorry, we’re out” email or anything like that.

The shipping was standard, and the shoes showed up just like I expected. isn’t that all you really want when you order online? I was mostly happy that their inventory matched what they actually had. I’d order from them again.

"Cancelled my order way faster than I expected"
I placed an order and then immediately had that “wait, no” moment because I realized I picked the wrong size. Kind of panicked for a second and reached out to WSS, fully expecting it to turn into a whole thing, but they replied fast.
They canceled the order without any issue, and I got the refund update not long after. No annoying back and forth, no hassle. i was relieved by how easy they made it

"Disappointed the fit was off, but the refund was quick"
I had to return a pair that didn’t fit, which was disappointing because I was looking forward to wearing them. I was also a little nervous the refund would take forever.
But once I dropped them off, I got the confirmation email quickly, and the money showed up back on my card sooner than I expected. I didn’t have to follow up or chase anyone, which was a relief.

So even though I was bummed the shoes didn’t work out, the return process itself was smooth. I’d probably shop here again since the refund part wasn’t a headache at all
